If a holidaymaker cancels their booking with us at MLR Cottages, this set cancellation policy will help answer a lot of questions for both parties. Holidaymakers will know how much of a refund that they might get, and our system will be able to calculate and automate the process for you.
Any travellers require to consent to a supplemental rental agreement must ensure that (1) the supplemental agreement is linked to their booking form/dates of their stay and available for travellers to review: (2) any cancellation policy set forth in the supplemental agreement is the same as or more lenient than the cancellation policy selected below.
MLR Cottages are in the Relaxed category:
Relaxed
Holidaymakers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they’ve paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won’t get a refund.
Moderate
Holidaymakers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they’ve paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won’t get a refund.
Firm
Holidaymakers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they’ve paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won’t get a refund.
Strict
Holidaymakers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they’ve paid. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund.
None
The holidaymaker will not get a refund if they cancel their booking at any time after it is accepted.
Holidaymakers must cancel by 11:59 p.m. on the cut-off day before check-in to receive a refund. All times are specific to your property’s time zone.
